Florence, played by Bulle Ogier.
However, if you're going for the good looking on it's Stéphane Audran. ;)

S Audran is wonderful. Bulle ogier is French goddess who deserves to be worshipped.

And, if you're going for the good looking and super-talented, better try Delphine Seyrig.

Bulle Ogier is also one of art cinema's leading lights; Audran used to be very beautiful in those days, but that's where her talents left the room. 

omg the Napoleon hat scene was fantastic
