What do you think the strange relationship between Emcee and Sally actually is? There are lots of hints at a sexual relationship, like when he grabs her from behind in the final montage (Very differently to the way he gropes the Cabaret girls). There are other oddities in their interactions, like when sticks his tongue out at her while shes with Brian, and when he whispers to her during Mein Herr. Anyone have any thoughts?

I always saw them as a man and woman who like to press each other's buttons to see how the other might react. It is an interesting working relationship, that is for sure. Not sure if there was ever anything personal involved.
