Wonder why this episode so rarely, if ever, shows up on Antenna or other syndication. Was it the evolution angle? The violent dad?

In my cable package, The Waltons is on the Inspiration channel, very right-wing Christian, so I believe they nix it on the evolution angle.

"The Fire" episode Is about a man who burns down the school house because he finds out they are teaching his daughter about evolution.
