Something I forgot about this show

I just rented the dvd special at blockbuster the other day.

The one that has atleast 4 episodes per disk and it was the VERY first time I have seen it since I was a little kid.I saw the movie three years ago in the theater and it was ok (just ok!)

I haven't remembered any episodes and completely forgot what the individual characters were like.

From the four episodes I saw the other day, it seems to me that Rudy was the most agressive of them and the most who ranted more. He seemed to be the tough guy of the group who was always looking to start something with other people.

Was he always the main agressor of the bunch?

reply

That was obvious. Rudy had to be the blacksheep in the group. All of the other Cosby kids kissed up to Fat Albert every episode.

Rudy was sort of the a-hole of the bunch, if you think about it. He was always arguing with Russell, who would tell Rudy he was like school at a time when there wasn't any school, meaning No Class. It's a gag.

reply

Favorite crack of Russell's:

Russell: Aw, shut up...plastic cup!
Rudy: Plastic cup?!
Russell: No glass.
Rudy: Don't you mean, "No class"?
Russell: You said it...I didn't.

reply

In the episode when the band was formed, Rudy already had the electric guitar and the others wanted their own instruments, so they made the junkyard instruments.

Rudy is always playing a stylish electric guitar in the band sequences.

He also blew up the guitar a lot too.

And yes, Rudy was kind of the Eddie Haskell of the group.
