I was wondering if anyone knew if this production of EMMA aired on American television? MASTERPIECE THEATRE perhaps?
I enjoyed the DVD but I wish there had been a little more information about the production. It would have been great if some of the cast members would have been asked to provide a commentary track.
It's not in Masterpiece Theatre's archive database (online) so I doubt it ever aired on MT. But it still could have aired on PBS.

In the 70s, I watched pretty much every British drama PBS aired, and I don't ever remember seeing this one. I'm not the "last word" by any means, but I absolutely don't remember it.
