Final Words (spoiler)

I haven't seen the movie in a while, but as I recall the final words are something like:
Holmes: "Do you hear it? . . . Can you hear it?"
Watson: "No. . . . yes. . . ."

but I know it's not exactly that. I would very much appreciate it if someone could get me the exact final exchange, since I don't have access to the movie at the moment.

Watson- Oh, yes. I see him. Yes. He's everything you said he was.
Justin- He makes you proud.
Watson- He does.
Justin- Stand closer to me.
Watson- Hold my hand.
Justin- Are we together now?
Watson- Oh, yes..
Justin- Let it be said they found us very close together in the light.
