Should be a New DVD Release
It's about time Universal released this on DVD properly with extras e.g. new commentaries and interviews from the Director and J.Woodward as well as the film itself in FULLY UNCUT FORM.
This film is hugely popular with those who have seen it - the problem is it is so rarely shown on T.V. along with no DVD available that more people are not able to see it in the first place!
It's number eight on Turner Classic Movies vote for DVD release the last time I checked and was a very popular screening at the Edinburgh International Film Festival. How is it Universal releases such obscure films as "The Black Windmill" on DVD and not "They Might Be Giants" which is a true cult-classic and which actually has a following.
It makes no sense......
