3. Why was it already completely dark when the policeman came to Tobie's place, but still light outside later when Dave was driving there?
1. She was obsessed and a stalker so probably followed him home one day or multiple days.
2. She was threatened by Tobie and her relationship so she probably did the same and followed her home one day. It's also possible she nabbed her address from his place.
3. Maybe they needed the lighting in the car shots. It was still a bit dark while David was driving, appeared to be early evening, and then certainly very dark when the police arrived. It didn't seem like David left much later than the police guy did though. It was definitely dark when David arrived at the house. Probably had to use the shots they had rather than go back and close the road down.
