The DVD was released this summer in Germany - great widescreen anamorphic transfer...usual language options for the nice price of 9.99€... so a UK release can't be far behind...

I just bought it from mediadis.com for 9,99 euro. (REGION 2 that is).

I love, love this movie, and have been patiently waiting for years for the English / US release on DVD. My VHS copy is getting too much use!

Anyways, I collect Mephisto Waltz memorabilia, so if anybody reading has anything interesting, besides the same Ebay movie posters, let me know! andrew dot lance @ gmail dot com.
