Would I like this film?

i've heard people say that this is similar, in it's tone, to films like Chinatown, Play Misty For Me, and All The President's Men. I've never seen Klute, but I love all of the aforementiomed films. Do you think it stands to reason that i'd like Klute too? It's on BBC tonight, and after watching Play Misty For Me again last night, I thought i'd scope it out a little.

Klute does fall into that category, and ranks almost as high -- definitely as far as Fonda's performance goes. But I've always been a little disappointed with the story, and how it's handled. There's never any mystery about who the killer is.

I see. I think i'll give it a go and see what I think. I do like Donald Sutherland too. I'll post back after i've watched it. Thanks for your comments gnolti.
