Did You Want Bree's Apartment?
(If it weren't for the maniac) that apartment is everything I remember good about my Manhattan in the 70's.

I had an apartment on the Lower East side in the 70's about like that and it was $135 a month rent.

That same apartment you paid $135 a month for in the 70's would probably sell for $1.35 million today!
