I remember Diana Rigg in Avengers of course, and recently in video “In the Beginning” – these roles around 33 years apart – in “The Hospital” vaguely remember something, there’s no way to check in my place, her character (Barbara) saying something like “In a hospital you learn a 100 ways to masturbate” – I heard aright, taken aback considering coming from a ‘classy lady’ – admittedly playing a role – Then again, maybe not so surprising: 1970 era, hippy-dippy free-love thing; Paddy Chayevsky always avant-garde; and, hospitals themselves, closed environments, in psych wards especially, sexual compulsion as a neurotic symptom? – anyway, very surprised not in ‘famous quotes’ section! – and what was the exact line, in the film?
