Cameos/Bit/Uncredited in this film? Richard Pryor?

I saw soooo many people I recognized in this film who weren't credited. Some I could name, some I couldn't; IMDB has named quite a few in their cast list.

I swear I saw Richard Pryor in one scene; if it wasn't him, it was a guy who looked a LOT like him. It was during the scene in some meeting room where a bunch of activist/radical types were raging about the hospital's takeover of those buildings they were planning to raze to put up their own drug rehab center. A Latino-ish Che Guevara "type"--beret and all--is shouting. So is a white woman with, I think, curly reddish hair; she was shown in long shot only, I think. And in the midst of the group this black guy is sitting, shown in maybe two brief shots. He doesn't have any spoken lines. But he REALLY looked like Pryor.

It's worth noting that Pryor did a couple of films with the director of this film, Arthur Hiller, just a couple of years later. So they may've already known one another. There's certainly a connection, which makes it a bit more likely that I really did see who I thought I saw in "The Hospital".
