Was Dr. Bock unfair to Ms. Christie?

The sympathetic part of me feels bad for the way Dr. Bock treats Ms. Christie. I realize that they were both under considerable mental strain and that Ms. Christie is conditioned to have a thick skin or she would not be suitable for the job, or any job in a hosptial, but she seems to get a raw deal. She stays on task with the investigation without making excuses or panciking. Ms. Christie may use too many floating nurses, but she did not in fact spear Schaffer with the IV, and there was no reason for Schaffer to be napping there in the first place, on top of which, I am guessing that having sexual escapades in a hospital, while common,is unprofessional, especially five feet from a patient, comatose or otherwise. Dr. Bock effectively blames Ms. Christie and the nurse in question for not accommodating Dr. Shaffers immaturity. Still, I really enjoy THE HOSPITAL. Chayefsky created a delightful hor doervre to NETWORK and it actually moves faster and is less preachy, but I love NETWORK as well.

He didn't get out of the cock-a-doody car!!!
