Very tough to choose among those three great films.
Accident is the most flawless of the three. Pinter does what he does best--he proves that people's words mean very little. Losey counters this by steadying his camera to take direct, unfiltered looks at the characters. Large close-ups and long takes allow the actors to reveal the intentions and deceptions behind the words. Great film but most people probably won't care for it. I've shown it to a few people and the reactions were not kind.
The Servant is the most entertaining. Pointed dialogue, great visuals, brilliant use of music, two actors on top form, and the ending is great. Probably my favorite.
The Go-Between has a restrained grace that fits the subject matter. It lacks edge, I think, because it's told from a reflective, older man's perspective. Still great though.

My favorite for sure is The Servant. You can watch it over and over and see something new. Ask yourself why Tony's bitchy girlfriend would at one point kiss the butler. What would motivate her to do that after hating him. Over and over you get more and more out of it.

All three are superb films and have some really fascinating characters.
It is my business to protect your majesty.... against all things.
1. The Go-Between (1971)
2. The Servant (1963)
3. Accident (1967)
I'm a stranger here myself
