Any info. on this and have there been any announcements of a dvd release of it in the future?

Dvd Savant talk about the 162 min. version and mention it being shown London's National Film Theatre.
shareThe one that was shown at London's National Film Theatre was the 157 minute version. DVDsavant was speculating about additional scenes that were never in the film that could extend it to 162 minutes (like the scene when John is forced to walk the desert by Juan, before escaping again, and the additional scenes featuring Villega's capture and torture.)
