Incorrect music cues on the last DVD release: more details please?

I've read that the most recent release of Duck You Sucker/A Fistful Of Dynamite (the 2-Disc restored version) apparently has incorrect music cues. Can anyone give details on this, or point me in the right direction to find out more?

I noticed during a viewing the other night that the sound quality varies wildly in places. At times the audio is wonderful and at other points it sounds like you are listening to it down a telephone line.
