is this the movie... "short fuse!" ???

Maybe 20 years ago I saw a movie on tv, and there was a scene where a bad guy steals some dynamite from the good guy and blows himself up; the good guy explains to someone "short fuse!" Later that reprised where the guy he said it to had to light the wick and wisely asked the good guy first "short fuse?"

Like I said, that was 20 years ago, I'm dredging memories here, but was that this film?

Please advise. Thanks.

Thanks! (like I said, saw it a long time ago, my memory is blurry, especially about "good guy"/"bad guy" details). Anyway, now that I'm into Leone, I'll definitely have to track this down & watch it (again).
