I own this film on VHS. It is one of my absolute favourites and I would love to be able to obtain a (genuine) copy on Region 2 DVD. Does anyone know if such a release is planned?

Optimum have managed to get the Region 2 DVD rights and are releasing it on DVD in January 2010 - hoooorah! Finally!

They released it in Australia on DVD as a double feature back in 2004. It then went quickly out of print. So glad I grabbed it when I could.
