About 20 minutes into the movie, it looks like Jack Nicholson playing a bartender who confirms to Doc Holliday that Wyatt Earp can be found in town.

That is Gene Collins, who played in Kelly's Heroes.

IMDB lists Gene Collins as "hotel clerk" so I guess that's who it is. Same crazy eyes, though.
