Scorpio would have killed the schoolbus kids
I mean he enjoys killing people, he betrayed his promise to let the 14 year old girl live, and he killed the girl in the swimming pool before he said what he wanted in order to stop killing people. Therefore I highly doubt that he would let the kids live.
