What Was Said Over the Oreos?

In Pippa Scott's only speaking moment, at the table where she was eating Oreo cookies in the dark and Dick Van Dyke walked in.

Natalie (Pippa Scott): "Don't Turn on the lights."

Dick Van Dyke did so anyway.

Natalie: "What does it profit a man to gain the whole world but lose his own soul?"

Reverend (Van Dyke): "You're using my words against me."

Natalie: "I thought they were God's words."

WHAT DID HE SAY TO THAT?

I got the quotes wrong but the conversation essentially went like that. Anyone know what his response to her was and what led to her attack (finally!) on him being a monster-maker?

But what did he say to her comment about them being God's words? It is driving me crazy trying to remember.
