I just purchased a jukebox and was told it was used in the movie Carnal Knowledge. I don't remember if it was and before I rent a DVD of the film, I'd like to know if anybody remembers an old 1946 Wurlitzer with the rounded top in the movie?

Yep! There is a jukebox just like you describe in the scene where both Jack and Art dance with Candice, and the scene where Candice laughs hysterically. The jukebox is on screen for a good 2 to three minutes. The scenes start at about the 26 minute mark.
