Looking at Tom and Dory's web site, I see they are doing a new movie Billy Jack's Crusade from 2005. I have listen to the comentaries for all four Billy Jacks (including Born Losers of course as one of the four) and they speak about Billy Jack: 2001. I also have a tee-shirt that has Billy on the front and says: in 1971 Billy Jack entered your life, in 2001 he returns...BILLY JACK IS BACK. Now my question is: where is the new Billy Jack movie??? Has it been shelved? I heard that Tom was sick. Any body know?

Tom had cancer a few years ago but I believe he is doing well know. On his website he is also trying to raise funds to get his new Billy Jack movie made so I assume its taking so long due to lack of funds.

Thank you for your response. I saw the movie Billy Jack a long time ago and I was so impressed by it's depiction of racism among our American Indians. It is a shame what happened and I was equally saddened by what was perhaps truthfully portrayed in this movie. I am glad to know that even during his recovery from illness, Tom is still pursuing his crusade. I really enjoyed this movie. I was unaware of the racscism that took place among the American Indians at that time.
