Billy's two unfinished films

I heard about The Return of Billy Jack (1986), apparently about fighting child molesters, and Billy Jack for President (2008), can't remember the plot too much, didn't it have something to do with saving a pregnant woman's life in some war-torn country?

I think Tom Laughlin guy should take whatever footage filmed (if actually any) and slapped them together some how and film new scenes. Like an older Billy Jack is some political plot looking back on some moments in his life.

This kind of stuff has been done before, TRAIL OF THE PINK PANTHER involved lots od deleted scenes of Peter Sellers, and GAMES OF DEATH had new footage made for an unfinished Bruce Lee film.
