Not so long ago, there was no imdb bio for him, now there is, and it's pretty obvious who wrote it (I doubt it was really his 'friend Carol'. The EGO is amazing. He tried (unsuccessfully) to sue Tom Laughlin for a bigger piece of the pie($250,000 and top billing). Body building and yoga, he still has not aged well. "The well known and powerful casting director Joyce Selznick, told David that he was one of the best actors in town and he wasn't getting work because he had a bad reputation." Yeah, one of the best. At least in "Billy Jack" he was a mush-mouthed pre-Richard Gere. Many actors have 'bad reputations' and they still go on to 'greatness', so why was it he only seemed to have small parts? It's pretty obvious he thinks a terrible lot of himself. You can even see his yoga videos on youtube.
