call me vindictive, but when Billy Jack killed Bernard it was too quick.

Billy should have castrated him and left him to scream himself to death.

That's at least how they'd probably do it today.

I think that kind of cruelty would be totally out of character for Billy Jack.

To be more exact, Billy Jack should've disabled Bernard by dislocating his elbow as he'd planned to do, instead of making Bernard drive his new car into the lake. Bernard would've been permanently disabled and in pain the rest of his life.

Since Bernard also turned out to be a rapist (He did rape Jean. Remember?), he would've more than likely been castrated or sodomized (*beep* up the ass) in prison, because a lot of convicts will not tolerate a rapist in their midst.
