After what they went through, their lives must have changed forever.
I mean, it's hard to imagine that things could be what it was before McB showed up.
So what happened to Edwina, Martha, and all the rest afterward?

It's very easy to see them going on. The south was upside down at that point.
Dog eat dog. Survival of the fittest. There's a plethora of scenarios that could be taken from this ending.

McB came in and turned their lives upside down.
He exposed all their raw emotions and deepest desires. He changed their relationships with one another.
