Why do they always remake good movies that don't need it??

That's what I liked about Clooney's OCEANS 11 remake: they took the meh 1960 original film with an iconic cast yet didn't work, and they made a superior remake out of it.

But THE BEGUILED doesn't need a re-do!

If Sofia Coppola is doing it I think it'll be a worthy remake. Let's see if they get Scott Eastwood to fill Clint's role

Im ok with remaking this or any other movie, it creates jobs ... and if Sophia Coppola is directing, im intrigued! She is one of the few Directors with guts!
