When Woody replies to Louise's statement "I have something important to tell you." with the line "Why? Have you seen X-Rays of me?" Louise cracks up laughing which makes me wonder if the line was a quick improvisation that caught her off-guard. Still laughing she then says "Yeah, I saw X-Rays of you!"
Louise shows her quick comic wit when after Woody then says "I fail to see the humor." she replies "Well, ya haven't seen the X-Rays!"
It'd be cool if it was improved but I've noticed Louise cracks up a lot in the film, I think that's just a part of her acting persona.

I have to say I very much got the impression Woody slung that at her without warning too. Something just very natural about her slight pause and laughter suggested it to me. Woody also looks like he's semi-smirking at that point, like they're both having a genuine laugh. I actually rewound that bit a couple of times 'cos it seemed such a warm, genuine moment. But hey, maybe I'm wrong.
