Soundtrack Question

It looks like Amazon.com has an MP3 download of the album available for $7.99, wheareas the CD released by Perseverance Records in 2004 is going for $79.99 used since it's OOP. The MP3 download was released last month (June 2008) by MGM music and has one less track.
Has anybody downloaded this "new" release yet?...and if so, is there any difference between it and the 2004 version? I noticed that all of the song titles on the new MGM release are the same as the Perseverance version. The only difference looks like the exclusion of track 14-"Suite of Unused Music".
