Is my dvd cut??...

it's the one contained in the vincent price mgm scream legends collection...

I'm not sure if my mind is playing tricks or not... but i'm sure we see the doctor in the car getting blasted by the hail machine...

My dvd goes from phibes and vulnavia opening the doors and putting the stuff in the car, then it cuts to a different scene, and then goes back to the police finding the car full of ice and the doctor inside dead...

Has it always been like this or am I missing something???

That's the way it's supposed to be. Nothing is missing. ...and I just realized you also asked under "The Frog Mask" question. I thought you might be a different person asking.

The version that I saw did have a scene where you see the doctor being blasted by the ice machine but it was after he was already dead. One of the policemen turned the machine on to demonstrate how it worked.
