Was this film Pre Cut

Well both BWTCP & CONT were made before this & they had there fair share of violence but apart from the end of the film there was very little, so i was wondering if it was pre cut

I've seen this in cut form at a rare UK screening, and at home on two downloaded pirates. The only really noticable difference in the cut version (from what I recall), was the wire round throat murder. The wire is twisted around the neck for much longer in the uncut film. Like gorehound states, being an early Argento, it isn't overly violent so it seems very strange that anyone ever felt the need to censure it at all. Oddly enough, whilst uncut of violence, the two pirates each have exclusive but short scenes, that aren't available in both. Weird.
