I saw this at the cinema

and consider myself very lucky!
it was at an all night film festival at the everyman cinema in london a good few years back.
it was the UK print - with X certificate - obviously from the days before 18 certificate existed.
the print was great - as if watching a first run movie.
that means that the prints of this film are out there somewhere.....

Awesome. I caught this film at the cinema too in San Francisco. They were doing a retrospective on Morricone and this film was playing. The print was good, but not great. It had a few scratches and damage, but was very good otherwise.

I saw this film in San Francisco too -- at the Roxie Cinema I believe, probably 15 years ago or so. I remember the print wasn't perfect, but certainly passable. It's too bad that we can't see more Argento films on the big screen, and even the VHS and DVD releases of a lot of titles are spotty.
