What is their drink toast?

Does anyone know what the drink toast is that Mac and Sally do? Its 4 words, and starts with something like 'arriba'? I think its funny and wondered what it means and where it came from?

It's a Spanish toast:

Arriba
Abajo
Al centro
A dentro

It translates as:
Up above
Down below
In the middle
And inside
