Help ID possible episode

I seem to recall an episode of either this or one of the other Mystery Movie series' that was largely, if not entirely, set on a commercial airplane flight. Only other detail I recall is that the plane was one of those double decker things with (possibly) a staircase and a bar. Almost nothing to go on there, I realize, but is this ringing any bells for anyone?

There's a 1977 MCMILLAN ep that is set primarily on a passenger plane. It's called "Coffee, Tea, or Cyanide?"

it's not like my mother is a maniac or a raving thing. She just goes a little mad sometimes.
