Who Can Identify This Episode?

Can anyone identify the Season # and Episode Name of this particular episode of Cannon?

PLOT: A thuggish henchman is dispatched to deal with a snooping lady investigative reporter. He shows up in her apartment's underground garage, wearing a suit and tie, and offering to provide her the information she is looking for on some crooked businessman. The henchman is actually a known actor for his time starring in a number of TV shows as a bad guy. He is just past middle age with white hair.
The trusting lady reporter invites him back up to her apartment where he promptly kills her. The murder is not shown.
Unfortunately, a pizza delivery man shows up. The henchman beats him unconscious then pours whiskey over his face and clothes. The villain proceeds to use the dead reporter's fingernails to scratch the unconscious pizza delivery man's face. As a result the police charge the unfortunate pizza delivery man with rape and murder. They charge the poor man despite the odd situation of finding him unconscious next to the dead reporter and no DNA evidence on her body except the scratches on his face and the skin particle evidence under her fingernails. Even odder, Cannon takes up the case of the pizza delivery man who can somehow afford a private investigator on the pay of a pizza delivery serviceperson. Cannon agrees to help the pizza man when the man tells Cannon that he can't drink alcohol. He is a recovered alcoholic who takes special pills to make him ill if he ingests alcohol.

Charles Durning was Barry Sullivan's right hand man. He killed Sharon Acker, who was somebody working in the company that Barry Sullivan ran, this after Barry Sullivan ordered him to do so. She was not a reporter. CD first approached SA, suggested that they have a drink together while discussing business, called a local liquor store to order some whiskey, and then framed Oliver Clark, the delivery man.

You mention pizza a lot but there was no pizza involved. Where did you get that idea?
