Bad news for Me-TV viewers
If you watch Cannon on Me-TV, you have the rest of the month to get your fix because Cannon will be replaced by The Rockford Files starting September 3.

shareRockford Files is always shown in syndication, a good show but Cannon hardly ever gets repeated. I watched Cannon back in the 70's when I was a kid. I'm glad ME-TV brought this back for a while. I PVR'ed all the episodes. Too bad we couldn't get some of the later years.
share"Cannon" is in their Sunday lineup. So far, we've watched "Remington Steele" and "Streets of San Francisco". After "Cannon", they'll show "The Rockford Files", "Kojak" and "Columbo". I'm not sure what was on before "Remington Steele", as I got a very late start on the day.
*** The trouble with reality is there is no background music. ***
Cannon is still being shown on Sunday.

YouTube has a ton of those episodes, including the pilot, which I thought was excellent. Been downloading for future viewing all week.
Got a DVD player that accepts USB stick and have been transferring them there from my hard drive. Works like a champ, and I'll not be burning many DVDs any more.
Great for those many evenings when there's crap on TV - getting to be EVERY night now. We get a kick out of those familiar character actors who seem like old friends now (major nostalgia trip). And then we have 32c a gallon gas signs, $1.75 cab fares and $15 speeding tickets.
Oh yeah, most everyone using revolvers instead of semi-automatics and not hesitating to shoot a fleeing suspect/felon.
My God, how times have changed.
It is back on Me-TV. Love the show
