What's the name of the city that Wellington is discussing with the Prussian officer/messenger during the ball scene?

No it wasn't Charleroi where Napoleon had his headquarters. It was Brussels, at the Duchess of Richmond's ball, which Wellington had decided to attend to try and calm incipient panic in the city.

The ball took place in Brusells a couple of nights before the battle. Muffling (Fred Elliot from Corrie) tells him that Napoleon crossed the border by Chaleroi, which is now a good few miles inside Belgium. It seems rather daft that Blucher's key liason with Wellington should be a man of that size, but apparently that's correct!
