Nino Rota's incredible music!

I am a long-time fan of Waterloo. Aside from the mesmerizing grasp of the narrative, the cinematography, the editing, Nino Rota's score is astounding. On the CD soundtrack from Legend, there are alternate recordings and the opening cue is different from that which is presented on the film. The strings are more strident and aggressive. Amazing music - enough to place Rota in the pantheon of great composers.

Sony really ought to get this film on DVD in the USA. I will burn you a copy of the R2 PAL edition if you are desperate.

Do you know anywhere where I may be able to obtain the soundtrack to this, my favourite film of all time? I've searched everywhere but so far I have not been able to locate it. Thanks.

My name is Nathan.

Order immediately, as £15 is a very, very, very reasonable price for this hard-to-find CD, Nathan.

Do you have the Waterloo DVD ?
