Buying this on DVD

By coincidence I just ordered a DVD of this film from Amazon a few days ago so it is available.

I'm not sure how you looked it up but I typed in "Waterloo" with Movies & TV and was taken to a list of both DVD and VHS versions. You might try typing in the directors name if you still have problems.

The VHS is out of print but they listed two new copies and 34 used ones all at reasonable prices. They list two different region free DVD releases at various prices. The info on how they made it to DVD is a little sketchy so I can't tell if either is an official release. If you have a region free DVD player there is a region two release that is official and is offered at around $6 new or used.

I purchased a copy from Amazon. It's a Russian release. The cover is titled in Russian, the DVD is in English with Russian subtitles, but the subtitles can be turned off of course. It does play in a standard US DVD player.
