How completely great (no spoilers!)

I loved it. I saw it years ago as a teenager, but I really enjoyed it. I thought his character was great, kind of nerdy and awkward and cluelessly slimy. And yet he is sweet and likeable too. I thought Goldie Hawn was great too, very shaggable back then and worked perfectly as the carefree young American girl.

I like the zaniness of the movie too, live isn't always straightforward with clear cut ups and downs. Some times things are complicated and strange, but interesting nonetheless. I think this movie comes from someone who appreciates that.

I enjoyed this one too. It is definitely not my favorite Peter Sellers, but it will do in a pinch. Goldie Hawn looked so cute it hurt.
I also thought it was nice to see Cannes in a movie without it being referenced to the famous film festival. France looked fine.

In 1967 I saw the stage play at the Theatre Royal in Sydney.

Sorry, but the play was a lot funnier.
