Just watched the director's cut with CGI
Never watched the original version. Didn't mind the CGI at all. So shoot me.
shareWith ZERO reference for how stupid and unneeded the CGI, I am sure it is perfectly fine.
It didn't fix or change anything, just was shoehorned in, pointlessly - exatly like all the extra background crap shoehorned into the new star wars edit. It's distracting, and unneeded.
But if you don't know any different, it doesn't matter.
I'll say the WINGS on the lizard displaces what is going on....
The large mall type places makes it seem less "undergroundy"
