Of course, that was really just a cover for his heroin addiction. But I guess we all knew that.

It probably was mentioned already but it was a yo-yo. He starts playing with it and then his stupid assistant reminds him he's breaking his own law so he gets mad and tries to arrest Kris, who escapes. I wonder if that jerk hadn't mentioned anything to the Burgermeister, would the Burgermeister have become like Winter, a nicer person?
