The plot of this film greatly intrigues me, and I am wondering does this take place over the course of one night or is it several days.

Yeah, I have to agree. 'Cause Turner only agreed to Chas staying for one night then they would go day by day and see how it went, also he said he'd be picking up his passport the next night - obviously he forgeot, but the reason fo rhis "forgetting" was due to the crazy night he'd had. So, a night and a day, I think.
