That's one of the best things about Performance, after multiple viewings I'm still not quite sure what happened, but I sure as hell enjoyed the bizarre & brilliant journey.

what happened was that you (like me) wasted valuable time on pretentious crap.
And others claiming otherwise (or, yeah...not smart enough to get it! Sure whatever those of you care to assert-- if it makes YOU feel smarter-- by all means, strike out. Still the fact remains you aren't smarter, more insightful, more perceptive or in ANY way deeper than those of us that differ with YOUR opinions. And doesn't matter WHAT you say). Want my time back! Mick Jagger looked like a sickly anorexic cretin. So hard to imagine this man was always lighter than a child!! Nothing sexy there!

I think the ending slightly ruined the film. But that's just my opinion.
