Russian Folk Song at Allied Victory Party

Does anybody happen to know if the Russian folk song played on the balalaika and accordion at the victory party near the end of the film is in fact a real Russian/Slavic piece of music or something Jerry Goldsmith composed for the film? Apparently they had to teach people to play the balalaika for that scene, or so I read. My research on this has hit a dead end.

Have you tried using sound hound or similar apps?

Someone asked this a couple of years ago in a thread since expired. Shortly before it was asked, there was an episode of The Amazing Race that took place somewhere in Russia involving the racers learning a folk dance, and they had a balalaika band playing that specific tune for the dance. I'm pretty sure it's an authentic Russian folk tune, but still have no clue as to the title or composer either.
