Who is this Hell's Angel?

You see him on stage glaring at Mick and throwing the guy trippin hard off stage. He has short hair, a moustache and an ear ring. On the VH1 show Rockstory in 2000 hosted by Anthony Edwards they even interviewed him. What is his name?

It has been bandied back and forth that that guy is/was Sonny Barger (the same one who also gave the Stones s**t on the phone.)

No it's not. Sonny was there and is in the film but that is not the guy I'm talking about.

I've also been trying to find out. Criterion commentary says he was the head of SF HA chapter. He's HOT.
