The OP likes 70's horror yet hasn't heard of or have any idea who Argento is?
I bet their collection would take a full 3 mins to shift through.

That question is kind of puzzling. Why don't u just WATCH the film to find out what it is. Someone gave it to u so obviously they think u will like it. BTW--it's a horror murder mystery.

damn all those comments with no one clear answer.. !!
it's a Hitchcockian mystery ..there's a couple of dark suspensfull scenes and there's a twisted hommage to the noir novels .
if u want something better to argento watch deep red .

A lot of times, DVDs have write-ups about the film itself... in fact, about 99.9999% of the time this is so! Why don't you try that?

To be honest, I thought this was the dullest Argento film I've ever seen.

For me, that award goes to "Giallo" which of all his films has the fewest redeeming qualities.

Did you try and read the plot synopsis and quotes in the back cover of your DVD?

Did you try and read the info in this IMDb page about the movie before asking such asinine questions in the message boards?
