Alternative title 'Harlequin' ??

Was the English speaking version of this movie also released with an alternative title of 'Harlequin'. I'm sure its been screened on TV a few times over the years (but not for a few years now) with Harlequin as the name.

Are you sure you aren't confusing it with a film called, um, Harlequin (1980) (Nothing to do with Dorian Gray)?
